What level of Delivery or Installation Service will I need?

We offer several options to meet your needs.

Delivery HThis basic service is perfect for those who would like to have their new appliance simply dropped off. It is available for any major appliance purchase. It includes delivery to the area in your home that you request,if accessible.

Delivery & Reconnect HHThis service includes haul-away of your old appliance that is being replaced. Please disconnect and drain your old appliance prior to the team’s arrival. We will: • Connect your freestanding appliance to existing

services. (Excludes gas appliances in some areas.) • Test product operation if it is at room temperature. • Level it, if required by the manufacturer. • Install any manufacturer-supplied safety hardware,

such as anti-tip brackets (to wood surfaces only).

Professional Installation HHHThis is the perfect solution for those that don’t have the time or tools to install their new built-in appliance. Examples include dishwashers, cooktops and wall ovens. We will disconnect your old appliance and install your new one according to local codes and regulations. We do not include the parts or labor required to modify existing services, flooring, cabinetry or your new appliance.

With each option please remember: • Make sure that an adult 18 years of age or older

is present when we arrive. • Clear a path inside and outside the house and

remove fragile items. • Please be sure to provide us with all of your contact

phone numbers.

What else will I need?Some basic parts, such as plumbing fittings, sealants and fasteners will be provided with the purchase of a professional installation. However, several parts you may need are not supplied by the manufacturer. For example: • Existing power cords cannot be reused. • Existing hoses cannot be reused. • Existing gas flex lines cannot be reused.Assure a successful delivery and installation by consulting an Appliance Specialist. Your purchase may need to include some necessary items.
