1. Shift from hierarchical structure to team based structure at work

1. For older clients they feel their life's work has earned them respect

2. Information age and technology have caused younger staff to not be as reliant on senior staff

1. We can utilize the tecno savvy to help us develop new and improved ways of functioning

Split into groups Try to be in a group that includes a veteran, baby

boomer, X-generation and a millennial if possible Look at your group of pictures Who remembers what and why? Write one thing you can do that will make

one person from a generation different from your self have a better work environment

Write down one statement from each generation that will help you improve your interaction with a patient.
