What are Morning Pages
Write three 8.5 x 11 inch pages longhand first
thing in the morning. Morning pages are about
anything and everything that comes into your
mind as you write. This is different from standard
“journaling” in which you set a topic and try to say
something meaningful, or to write a response to a
specific agenda.
Anything goes: it can be trivial, negative, petty,
angry, self-doubting, seemingly pointless. They are
