1. The United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority hereby approves the procedurescontained in the Operations Manual of ARENA AVIATION LIMITED ("the operatoi'),relating to any of the Annex lll to Regulation (EC) No. 392219'l as amended ('EU-OPS'), Annex V (Part CC) to Regulation (EU) No. 29012012 ('Aircrew Regulation')and Air Navigation Order requirements specified in the Schedule hereto, only to theextent that the requirements relate to the types of operations permitted under AirOperator Certificate number GB 2418.

Any amendments to the text of the Operations Manuals listed in the 'Schedule - TheSpecified Requirements' to this approval document shall be notified to the CAA inwriting by the Operator before implementation of the text.

This Approval is not transferable and is effective from the date of signature until 22December 2014 and shall remain in force unless varied, suspended or revoked.
