WHEREAS, the DOLE invited Bids for certain goods and ancillary services, viz., "Subscriptionof License Renewal Jor Foftigate 200D for One Q Year of the Pltnning Service" and the DOLE has

accepted a Bid for Two Hundred Thousand Pesos only (?200,000.00) hereinafter called the "ContractPrice".

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

l. ln this Agreement words and expressions shall have the same meanings as are respectivelyassigned to them in the Conditions ofContract referred to.

2 The following documents as required by the 2016 revised Implementing Rules andRegulations ofRepublic Act No. 9184 shall be deemed to form and be read and construedas integral part of this Agreement. vz. :

Winning bidder's bid, including the Eligibility requirements, Technical and FinancialProposals, and all other documents or statements submitted;

Bid form, including all the documents/statements contained in the Bidder's biddingenvelopes, as annexes, and all other documents submitted (e.g, Bidder's response torequest for clarifications on the bid), including corrections to the bid, ifany, resultingfrom the Procuring Entity's bid evaluation;
