• Select the Marquee Tool – add feathering (250 pixels)

• Draw a selection near the corners

• Reverse the selection: Select > Inverse

• Add a Levels Adjustment Layer: Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Levels

• Darken the image by adjusting the histogram

• In the Layers Panel, reduce the opacity of the vignette Adjustment Layer to taste
