Stalls Only: Two identical full-face passport size photographs of theapplicanUapplicants and also photos of employees. Please write the name on theback of each photo in BLOCK CAPITALS.

It is a requirement for all new applications, or in respect of applicants that wish toextend the area of trading or alter the layouUtypes of goods being sold that allapplicants must submit with their application, photographs and a scaled plan of thetrading area. These are required to show the measurements of the area to belicensed and the position and distance of any obstacles such as street furniture, hees,bus stops etc. Any applications that are received incomplete will be rejected and notrading will be permitted until such time as a complete application is received andsubsequently granted by this authority.

With regards mobile food establishments you are required to provide proof that yourbusiness is registered with the Council you reside.

Please be advised, you may need to apply to the Planning Department foradvertisement consent to display an advertisement ('A' Board) bigger than 0.3 squaremetres on the front of , or outside, your property (be it a house or business premises).

In the case of a new application if it is granted, before we can issue alicence you will need to supply proof that you have a Trade WasteContract to deal with disposal of litter and Public Liability Insuranceproviding a minimum cover of e2 million. This can ether be enclosed withthe application or sent at a later date.
