By using this website a person will be able to view the status of 2G and 3G sites anytime.

A person will also be able to view external alarms of sites.

This would help in early identification and rectification of faults.

Website is available both on internet as well as BSNL LAN.

Status will be get refreshed periodically (currently set to every 10 minutes).

Step 1- First through internet explorer go to

a. http://intranethr.bsnl.co.in/mscppt/ (for internet version)

b. http://172.19.1.111/index.htm (for LAN version)

To login please enter:Enter usernameEnter password On next screen you will see all 3 types

of networks- Ericsson 2G, Nokia 2G and Ericsson 3G.

In your desired network category, select the SSA and type of view.

On next page you will see the status of sites selected SSA.

Separate status of 3 sectors of site will be shown.

Up sites will be shown in green and down sites will be shown in red.

To view only down sites, change view to “down sites”.

Status of only down sites will be shown on submitting.

Downtime will be shown for all the sites which are down.

You can also view SSA wise summary for all three networks.

In this summary no. of sites completely down, sites with sector down and total number of down sites is available.

SSA wise availability of network is also displayed.

To view external alarms a link is available on the main page.

Click on the link and then enter your username and password.

Here you can select the required SSA, concerned IP vendor and type of view.

External alarms are available for both 2G and 3G along with status of sites.
