第3章 調査実施状況
1.大学調査
全国農学系学部長会議に参加する 74 学部等のうち,教育機能を有する 72 学部を対象と
したところ,学科調査では 54 学部 166 学科(回収率は学部ベースで 75.0%),専攻調査
では 54 研究科,162 専攻(回収率は研究科ベースで 75.0%)から回答が得られた。
回答大学の設置別では,国立大学法人が 70%以上を占めた(図 3-1)。地域は関東甲信越
が多いものの,ほぼ全国の大学から回答が得られている(図 3-2)。

2.企業調査
全国農学系学部長会議に参加する 74 学部の過去 5年間の就職先に調査対象を絞って行っ
た。対象企業等 3,464 社(公的機関も含む)に調査票を送付し,771 企業(回収率 22.3%)
より回答が得られた。
回答企業の組織形態は株式会社が 54.2%でもっとも多く,ついで自治体(13.3%)が多か
った(図 3-3)。従業員数は 100~300 名(23.2%)がもっとも多かった(図 3-4)。業種は多
岐にわたり,どの業種からの回答が多いということはなかった(図 3-5)。回答者の職種は
人事(71.3%)がもっとも多く(図 3-6),農学系学部以外の出身者(64.9%)が多かった(図
― ―10

3-7)。回答者の学歴は学士卒(74.9%)が多く(図 3-8),年齢層は 30 歳代~50 歳代が 8割
近くを占めた(図 3-9)。
