Upon successful completion of most courses, participants will receive acertificate of achievement or completion. The Continuing EducationUnit (CEU) is a form of credit for continuing education and training. Aperson may earn a CEU after ten hours of participation in an organizedcontinuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capabledirection, and qualified instruction.

CancellationsWe may cancel classes because of bad weather, even when the BOCESmain campus in Liberty remains open. Make-up classes will bescheduled. School closings will be broadcast on WVOS (95.9 FM,1240 AM); WSUL (98.3 FM); WJFF (90.5, 94.5 FM); WDNB (Thunder102.1 FM); and WRRV (92.7, 96.9 FM) radio.
RefundsThe Adult Program can cancel a course due to low enrollment. Cancellation of courses that do not reach minimum enrollment generallytakes place at a reasonable time before the start date. Registrants are notified by phone when a course is canceled. We must adhere to the refund policy described below. All fees will be refunded if classes arecanceled by BOCES. If you would like to cancel your place in class, youcan request a 100% refund prior to the first day of class and 50% prior tothe second day. Thereafter, NO REFUNDS will be given. A $15.00 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. Refunds are made by credit card or check, depending on the form of payment used for registration. Check refunds are issued through Sullivan County BOCES Administration Offices, NOT by the Adult Education Program. Pleaseallow up to 30 days for credits to appear on charge card statements or forrefund checks to be mailed to you.

Notary Public Review
This fast-paced review of topics includes notarial acts, professional
ethics and conduct, and principles of notarizing action, along with
test-taking tips andhand-outs. Applicant for licensure must be at least
18 years of age and a U.S. citizen at the time of application. A State
exam will be administered the following Tuesday in Newburgh. An

Dialysis Technician Program OThis Dialysis Technician Program provides you with the knowledge and skills needed to perform both of the duties required of Dialysis Technicians.
