Sub: Celebratiop of the Snarslr Leprosv Alvareness Campaig.n -2020 (SLAC) under NLEP

In the Diskict Committee meeting for observation of "sparsh Leprosy Awareness Campaign-2121(SLAC)" under NLEP (National Leprosy Eradication Programme), it has been decidiO tt at tt .programme will be formally inaugurated at the office oampus of CMOH, North 24 Parganas on29thJanuary 2020.The campaign will be observed from 30 th January 2020 and will coniinue till l3thFebruary 2020 in all Gram Panchayats of the district as per guideline of Department of Health &Family Welfare, Govemment of West Bengal. The Hon'ble District Magistrate has kindly consentedto attend the inaugural programme. The programme will be organized in co-ordination with the alliedsectors of health department i.e., Panchayat & Rural Development, Women and Child Development& Social Welfare. In this regard, Block Co-ordination committee may be constituted by 3'd wiek ofIanuary 2020.

ASHA will distribute leaflet to each house during their visits.
