1. Interested Parties may submit their highest price for vehicle in a sealed cover latest by 4.00 PM on or before

28.04.2015. The Envelope containing quotation and other relevant documents should be sealed properly. The

sealed quotation may be dropped in the Tender Box of Reception of ESIC, Panchdeep Bhavan,EDC Plot No. 23,

Patto-Panaji-403001.

The envelope of sealed quotation should be superscribed in Bold Capital letters

2. The disposal of vehicle shall be strictly on "AS IS WHERE IS" basis and no guarantee or certificate of its

worthiness or quality will be given by this ESIC. The condition of the vehicles can be inspected physically between

9.30 AM to 6.00 PM on any working day between 09.04.2015 to 27.07.2015 at ESIC, Panchdeep Bhavan, EDC

Plot No. 23, Patto-Panaji-403001.

3. Quoting parties must submit a copy of their PAN Card Number, identity proof. Quotations without copy of the

PAN Card Number, identity proof will not be accepted.

4. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the total bid amount by means of Demand Draft in favour of

ESI fund a/c No.1 payable at Panaji within three working days of award of the contract.

5. The delivery of the sold vehicle will be arranged only after the successful bidder submits documentary

evidence in support of residential status (Ration Card/ Voters Identity Card in case of individual and Registration

Certificate in case of firms etc.)

6. The sold vehicle will be removed by the successful bidder(s) within 48 hours of depositing the money at their

own expenses. No assistance/transportation will be provided by ESIC. Permission to take out the disposed vehicles

from ESIC premises will not be allowed on Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays etc.

7. Minimum Support Price (MSP) of the vehicle Rs.40,000/-

8. The Vehicle is sold as per scrap and cannot be used on road.

9. The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or any tender in whole or part if quoted rate is below MSP

without assigning any reasons thereof.

10. The bidder is required to reveal his full name/name of the authorized signatory of the firm/name of father, full

postal address, telephone number & mobile number.

11. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction in the Court of Panaji only.

12. If the highest quoting firm fails to honor the bid; the contract will be cancelled. In such an event, an opportunity

shall be given to the next highest quoting eligible tenderer (H-2 quoting party) to complete the bid. In case of any

dispute, decision of ESIC shall be final.

13. Tendering form should be signed in ink by the authorized signatory only. Photocopy or unsigned quotation or

quotations not signed by authorized signatory shall be rejected.

15. Tendering firm shall alone be responsible for furnishing any false or wrong information and the consequences

or loss thereof.
