    flow rate of; 25L's for a bathroom or sanitary compartment and; 40L's for a kitchen or laundry. Exhaust from a bathroom, sanitary compartment or laundry must be discharged via a dust or shaft directly to

    outdoor air or to a ventilated roof space in accordance with NCC - V2-3.8.7.4

    ROOF SPACE VENTILATION Where an exhaust system discharges into a roof space, the roof space must be ventilated to outdoor air.

    Openings required must have an unobstructed area of 1/150 for roof pitch 22°
