BR19-003 Tournament Rules 1. Beau Rivage Resort and Casino guarantees the total prize pool for this event will meet or exceed $600,000. 2. TDA rules will be used for this event. 3. Players will start the tournament with 10,000 in tournament chips. 4. Level 1-14 will be 30-minute levels. Levels 15 and above will be 45-minute levels. Final Table levels will be 60 minutes. 5. Eliminated players may re-enter each flight during the Registration period. Registration is open until the beginning of Level 8. 6. Each flight will pay 12% of the field (rounded down) and play down to 8% of the field (rounded down). All Day 1 payouts are fixed at $500 doll All Day 2 payouts will exceed the Day 1 payout of $500 dollars. Tournament Rules

1. TDA rules will be used for this event. 2. Players will start with 10,000 in tournament chips during rounds 1-3. Players will start with 12,000 in tournament

chips during rounds 4-6. Players will start with 15,000 in tournament chips during round 7. 3. Registration will open for this event on Thu., Jan. 3rd at 6PM. Registration will close at 9PM on Sun., Jan. 6th, or 128

entrants, whichever comes first. Entry into this event is non-refundable. If a player fails to show up at the beginning of a scheduled match, play will still begin.

4. Once registration is completed, a tournament supervisor will do a random draw to determine the order of play. If the tournament does not sell out, byes will be used to fill a 16, 32, 64, or 128-player field. Round 1 will begin on Monday at 11AM, round 2 will begin at 2PM, round 3 will begin at 5PM, and round 4 will begin at 8PM. Round 5 will begin on Tuesday at 12PM, round 6 will begin at 4PM, and round 7 will begin at 8PM. Players scheduled to face one another may agree to begin at an earlier time during Rounds 6 and 7.

5. Levels in rounds 1-3 are 20 minutes, levels in rounds 4-7 are 30 minutes. All matches will be single-elimination. 6. $237 will go into the prize pool, $18 will go towards all poker employees and poker management, and $45 will be the

administrative fee.

Tournament Rules 1. TDA rules will be used for this event. 2. Players will start the tournament with 10,000 in tournament chips. 3. Eliminated teams may re-enter during the Registration period. Registration is open until the beginning of Level 7. 4. All levels will be 30 minutes. 5. Play will continue until a winning team is determined. This is a one-day event. 6. Teams will register together at a price of $300 per player. 7. $237 will go into the prize pool, $18 will go towards all poker employees and poker management, and $45 will be the

administrative fee. 8. Each player on a team will be given a different colored wrist band. Tournament supervisors shall announce the color

wrist band will begin play. At the conclusion of each blind level, teams will switch partners and assume the appropriate chip stack. Players may not ask their teammate for advice or information while a hand is being played.

The Mississippi Gaming Commission reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions, and drawings. Such disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Mississippi Gaming Control Act and Mississippi Gaming Commission Regulations. Management reserves the right to cancel, change, and modify the tournament, promotion or drawing with prior notification to the Mississippi Gaming Commission, but must do so at least (3) days prior to the commencement of the activity.

Tournament Rules 1. TDA rules will be used for this event. 2. Players will start the tournament with 15,000 in tournament chips. 3. Level 1-14 will be 25-minute levels. Levels 15 and above will be 40-minute levels. 4. Eliminated players may re-enter each flight during the Registration period. Registration is open until the beginning of Level 9. 5. Each flight will pay 12% of the field (rounded down) and play down to 8% of the field (rounded down). All Day 1 payouts are fixed at $350 dollars.

All Day 2 payouts will exceed the Day 1 payout of $350 dollars. Day2 will begin at the shortest time played in any one of the previous flights. This time will be recorded on the Bravo tournament clock.

6. Play for all players remaining from Day 13A and 13B will continue at 12PM on Sunday, January 13th, and continue until a winner is determined. 7. Any player eliminated on any day may enter on any subsequent day. Players are permitted to play any starting day without playing on any prior

starting day. 8. $150 will go into the prize pool, $15 will go towards all poker employees and poker management, and $35 will be the administrative fee. 9. Any player may forfeit their chip stack at the end of any starting flight and be eligible for any subsequent starting flight. A player must decide to

forfeit the stack immediately at the conclusion of the starting flight in question. remains, with anyone eliminated receiving $4,000. All remaining players will advance to Day 2. This time will be recorded on the Bravo tournament clock.

4. Levels 1 - 18 will be 40 minutes. Levels 19 and higher will be 60 minutes. Final table levels will be 80 minutes. 5. Eliminated players may re-enter during the Registration period.
