Цель урока:

• Отработка лексических навыков по теме• Развитие навыков монологической и диалогической речи • Развитие навыков аудирования• Развитие навыков письма, формирование навыков творческого письма• Развитие навыков чтения• Представление проектных работ учащихся

Ход урока:

1. Let’s start our lesson with Tongue Twisters.1) Double bubble gum bubbles double.2) Peter Piper picked a peck

2. Our theme is Seasons. Weather. Please answer my questions:• How many seasons are there in a year?• What are they? The poem: Spring is green…• How many months are there in a year?• How many days are there in a month?• Which month is the first?• Which month is the shortest?• Which season is the coldest?• What season comes after autumn?• What do we call the season when it often rain? it often snows? it’s very hot? the trees and grass become green? it’s frosty? it’s foggy? it’s … degrees above (below) zero?

3. Guess what season it is and what months there are in it. Listening to the short texts

a) It is cold. There is a lot of snow in the trees, on the houses, in the streets. Some animals sleep. The trees are white with snow. There are three months in this season.

b) It is warm. It’s not hot. There is a lot of water in the streets. It doesn’t snow. The trees burst their leaves. And grass is green.

c) It’s hot. The trees and grass are green. The birds sing songs. We can swim. We can play volley-ball and football on the green grass.

d) It often rains. It’s cool. School begins. Children begin to go to school. There are a lot of fruits and vegetables.

4. What season is it now? Let’s play a game: The Chain. Our task is: make up a story about spring. One by one you make up a sentence about spring. Be attentive and don’t repeat the sentences each other.

5. Please who wants to tell about spring oneself?

6. We also speak about the weather. Let’s play a game: Who is attentive? Agree or disagree.
