Implemented video conferencing allowing staff to join meetings virtually thereby decreasing their time out of the office and mileage costs.

Over 17,688 people viewed online orientations last program year.

Implemented a system to allow SYEP staff to digitally capture supportive documents resulting in a more efficient orientation process and the flexibility to serve youth at any location.

Implemented new servers at each center for faster file access time.
