Mission

香港宣教會為一基督教宗派，由一九五四年開始在香港區發展福音工作，至今在港建立了二十間堂會。

香港宣教會除積極傳揚福音和建立教會外，也透過社會服務具體地表達基督對人的愛和關懷；由五十年代至

今，先後興辦了學校、自修室、老人中心、自負盈虧的綜合家庭服務中心及社區中心，以服務社區上有需要之人仕。

香港宣教會為增強對社會服務之關注和社會大眾的認受性，遂於一九九五年二月廿八日向公司註冊署及稅局申請成立

非牟利慈善團體「香港宣教會社會服務處有限公司」，並獲法人地位，全面輔助各項社會服務的發展。

實踐耶穌基督傳揚福音和服務人群的精神，為個人、家庭及社區的需要，提供優質及結合福音的社會服務

Hong Kong Evangelical Church (HKEC for short) is a Christian denomination. Being Engaged in missionary outreach in Hong Kong since 1954, it has established up to now 20 local

churches in Hong Kong.In addidtion to missionary Outreach and establishing local churches, HKEC expresses Christ’s love and care of humankind through social services. Since 1950s, it has established schools, study centers, elderly centers and self-financed integrated family service center to serve the people in need in the community.In order to emphasize the community care and enhance the recognition of its social services, on 28 Feb 1995, Hong Kong Evangelical Church Social Service Limited (HKECSS for short) was in corporated under the Companies Ordinance and was granted tax exemption under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance as a charitable organization. HKECSS is a corporate body that exists for the purpose of developing of various social services.

Follow Jesus Christ’s example to preach the Gospel and to serve people by providing social services of high quality and combine the Gospel for the needs of individuals, families and community.

藉明年2012年2月4日本會服務處第一次賣旗籌款之際，我們以一個包含四個主要服務項目：「扶老．攜幼．

睦鄰．啟發生命力」作為今年度年報的主題。

這主題除了為年報命名之外，其實也是服務處各單位一直以來的工作內容，一直以來深受服務對象所讚許的

工作，一直以來在上帝面前所努力的事奉。因此，我們深信是聖靈的感動，讓我們能以簡單的文字寫下從三一神而來

的心意。我們把這份努力成為今年度年報的主題，有兩個目的：第一個目的是感恩；感謝上帝在我們當中的引領，使

我們不同單位靠著上帝給我們智慧、能力和勇氣，化為優質的服務給與我們的服務對象，使個人、家庭及其他受眾能

獲得適切的支援，以助他們走向更好的一步，可以更有能力面對人生的挑戰。過去一年，我們可以從數字和各類服務

目睹或想像我們各大小單位如何把面前的困難和挑戰逐一化解，也藉此鍛練了我們的能力更見卓越，精益求精地把

最好的服務給予我們服務對象。

第二個目的，我們藉著「扶老．攜幼．睦鄰．啟發生命力」這個主題為服務處所有單位和所有同事彼此勉勵和

打氣。從整體發展而言，香港宣教會社會服務處在社福界來說，我們只是一所剛起步的社福機構，由09年1月4日

開始，服務處邁向獨立至今，還不足三年。我們要走的路、要面對的問題、要學的事情還多呢。所以，我們以此主題

作為一所剛起步不久的機構，提醒我們自己，若要做好任何事情，需要有一個長遠、清晰和容易理解的目標才能把

事情做得好。

今天，我們不敢說我們是一所很出色的社福機構，但我們卻肯定是願意努力，把自己的服務做得最好的機構。

願上帝賜福我們，也同樣賜福給與我們同工的各界人士。

2012年2月4日是我們香港宣教會社會服務處第一次賣旗籌款，希望各界人士能鼎力幫助我們，讓我們能在上帝

普及世界的大愛中，一起努力同心把香港打造為一個和諧、友善的社會。使人人都能各展所長，締造一個能立足於

世界與各城、各國衷誠合作的國際城市。

While our first flag day is going to be held in 4 Feb 2012, we take our four main services as our theme of this annual report: Supporting the aged, Enhancing Children & Teenagers healthy development, Building harmony families and neighborhood and Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to facilitate positive life and growth.

Not only as a theme of this annual report, but also key services and ministry of our service units which are appreciated by the beneficiaries greatly. Therefore, we firmly believe the Holy Spirit, so that we can write a simple word comes from the mind of Triune god. Here are two purposes that we strive to set these themes of this year’s Annual Report: Firstly, it is thanksgiving, we would like to thank the Lord who lead us and give us wisdom, ability and courage to provide high quality service to our beneficiaries by our units. "Individuals, families and other audiences are able to receive appropriate supports which help them move toward a better step can be better prepared to face the challenges of life. From the service statistics and service outcome, we can see how our service units have overcome the difficulties and challenges last year, and also our ability to perform even more excellent service to the beneficiaries.

Secondly, we encourage and boost the morale of our colleagues in all our service units with these themes. From the overall development, Hong Kong Evangelical Church Social Service Limited is just a fledgling social welfare institution in the social welfare sector; we have just become independent less than three years from January 4, 2009. We still have to face, solve and learn a lot in the future. We do hope this theme is our reminder to do all the best and set up a long-lasting, clear and easy objectives all the way.

Here and now, we are not daring to say we are an outstanding social service institution but we strive to perform and do the best surely. We hope our Lord who blessed us also bless all the people in different sectors.

4 Feb 2012 will be the first Flag Day of Hong Kong Evangelical Church Social Service Limited. Here we wish You, You and You can provide a big helping hand, hope that the Love of God can be preached in the world. Let us build Hong Kong a harmonious and kind society together. Hope everyone can do the best with their own potential to make Hong Kong an international city in the world.

我們生長在一個轉變的世代中，人和事也在急劇的變遷中；但不論是變好變壞，我們也都在這些過程中成長了。

過往，我們採取「地區需要」作為服務發展的主導策略，由服務單位按地區需要的特色、單位的資源和條件，以較

彈性和獨立的模式來設計服務及運作。因此，機構的規模雖然較小，卻能有多元化的服務種類和跨地域的服務發展。

能有這些成果，除了要感謝上帝的恩典之外，也要感謝一群不計較、具創意和肯承擔的同工之努力付出。

今年，我們承接了由總會移交過來的中央行政工作，也開展了未來服務策略的檢討，以回應大環境的轉變。因此，

機構除了繼續由地方單位以「地區需要」來策劃服務外，也嘗試逐步建立機構整體的服務特色。所以，我們以「扶老、攜幼、

睦鄰、啟發生命力」作為全機構的服務路向，以此統整各服務單位的服務焦點。

長者服務，是機構最早開展的服務，除透過綜合家居照顧服務、長者鄉郊網絡及長者中心等恆常服務，讓有需要長者

得到生活、護理及社群發展上的支援外，今年也繼續得到老有所為計劃的贊助，讓我們可以推行「活出姿彩人生」

計劃，以提升長者的潛能發揮機會和跨代共融關係。而透過舉辦「音樂鬆一鬆」音樂治療小組、「長者怡康網絡」

日間暫託服務、「耆情樂聚坊」長者飯堂服務、「愛心服務隊」長者義工培育…等服務計劃，也幫助到體健及體弱的

長者，得到適切的照顧和潛能發揮機會。為讓長者能在一個健康的社區居住，今年更響應了民政事務處推行的「全城

清潔運動」，為北區獨居或兩老共住的長者，提供家居清潔服務以抵禦人類豬流感疫症的侵襲。

在兒童培育方面，我們提供了由幼兒至青少年的成長支援。除恆常的課餘託管、幼稚園及小學社工支援、家長教育等

服務之外，我們推行了「樂樂成長路」計劃，透過組織蘇格蘭風笛隊，著意提升兒童的視野、人際關係、自信和另類

學習體驗。而「子情計劃」則針對有特殊學習需要兒童和其家長的輔助計劃，提升了家長對兒童照顧的技巧外，也

促進了鄰里互助的情誼。此外，我們更透過推行軍訓活動、遊學體驗和有品智叻兵特訓班等服務，以促進兒童的

品格建立、關愛精神和自律自強的生命力。

至於睦鄰社區建構方面，我們除繼續推展由社區投資共享基金贊助的「開心工程＠清河」計劃，以編織睦鄰互助的

網絡外；也完成了由安老事務委員會贊助的「左鄰右里社區關愛長者試驗計劃──沿途有您」，培育了一隊關注長者

需要和虐老問題的義工隊伍。此外，也透過與北區醫院合作的「社區保安康計劃」，培訓了另一隊具備病理知識和

照顧技巧的「保健大使」，為剛病癒出院的獨居長者提供上門探訪和電話慰問服務，以舒緩離院病人的情緒及提供復

康支援。而「滅罪耆兵」更是首次聯同撲滅罪行委員會和警方的合作計劃，培訓長者義工參與各項防騙、滅罪的社區

宣傳推廣。我們希望，透過不同類型的社區活動，能提升睦鄰互助的網絡，讓不同需要的社群也能在關愛和諧的氛圍

中，愉快生活。

我們認為，生命的美麗，在於其由內自發而出的愛心和動力。因此，我們除在各單位針對不同受眾群的特性，推行

各類福音及生命教育小組外，也結合了教會的力量，推行「愛心糧倉」短期食物支援服務，在有限的資源下為生活

有困難的家庭提供食物援助、義工培訓和心靈輔導，除舒解參加者在生活上的困擾外，也提升了他們的積極性和

自信心，可以更有能力面對逆境。此外，我們也透過「傾出彩虹動力網」計劃，組織婦女前往福建進行生活和宣教

體驗，透過服侍別人，引發內在對人的關愛動力，邁向更完美的人生。

回顧這個年度的各項事工，實在要感謝各單位同事的努力和社會各界的支持，使我們有機會為超過4,100位會員提供

93,600多次服務。在與這超越51萬人次服務使用者的互動之中，我們更能在提供服務的施予過程中得到了無數寶貴

的經驗和鼓勵，讓機構可以持續成長和發展。我們祝願，各服務受眾在參與服務後，除能解決其需要及得到身心發展

外，也能經歷到上帝的祝福與同在。

We grow up in a fast changing generation which people and things are changing rapidly, but we all grow up in these processes.

In the past, our service units provide service with community-needs oriented approach; we design and operate our service flexibly and uniquely based on the characteristics of different district, resources of each unit. Therefore, we provide holistic variety kinds and even cross-district service, even we are small in scale. With this outcome, we would like to say thanks to our Lord and also our colleagues who are generous, creative and willing to bear.

This year, we have undertaken the central administration, but also to carry out a review of the future service strategy, in response to the fast-changing environment. Therefore, other than responding to the needs of community, we are trying to develop a whole organization service characteristic. So, we set “Supporting the aged, Enhancing Children & Teenagers healthy development, Building harmony families and neighborhood and Preaching Gospel of Jesus Christ to facilitate positive life and growth” as our service route to unite the focus of our service units.

Elderly Service, was the first service Hong Kong Evangelical Church Social Service Limited provided to the community. To support the aged with their living, nursing and social development. Apart from providing Integrated Home Care Service, Elderly rural network and regular elderly activities, we launched “Colorful Life Project” with the sponsors from Opportunities for the Elderly Project again this year, to enhance the potential of the elderly and the relationship between cross-generation. We held “Music Song a Song”Music therapy group, “Elderly network” Day Care Service, Happy Elderly Canteen, and elderly volunteer team etc projects, to assist both health and frail elderly with appropriate care and opportunity. In response to the “Clean Hong Kong Campaign” to allow the elderly to live in a healthy community, we provided home cleaning service to the elderly who's living alone or two elders living in North District, in order to resist the swine flu disease.

In Child Development, we provided and development support to all children up to teenagers. Except regular After School Care Service, Kindergarten and Primary School Social Service support, Parent Education etc, we launched Scottish instrument Band Scheme to enhance the children's perspective, interpersonal relationship, self- confidence and alternative learning experience. Besides, we also launched Children Love Scheme for the Primary and Low income families with “sensory integration disorder” children. We provided sensory integrated training for the children and their parents to raise their skills of improving developmental disabilities and also trained a group of parent volunteers to support local families in need. On the other hand, we promoted the establishment of character development, caring spirit and vitality of self-reliance by “Military Training”, “Experiential Study Tour Service ”and “Character Kid” projects.

In building harmony families and neighborhood, we continued to hold “Happy project@ Ching Ho” with the sponsor by Community Investment and Inclusion Fund to develop a neighborhood network among the community. Besides, we launched "Pilot Neighbourhood Active Aging Project - Caring for Elders" with the sponsor by the elderly commission, which trained a team of volunteers who care the aged and the issue of abuse. On the other hand, we corporated with North District Hospital for the project of “Community Health”, we trained a team of Carer with basic knowledge of Pathology and caring skill, to provide drop in service and caring phone call to the elderly who just left hospital, in order to release their emotion and provide rehab exercise support. And, we corporated with Anti-Crime Committee and Police for the project of “Elderly Police Call”, we trained a group of aged volunteer with variety of Anti-Crime community promotion. We wish we could enable to enhance the neighborhood mutual help network through a variety of activities.

We believe that the beauty of life, itself comes out of love and dynamic. Therefore, our service units promoted different kinds of religious and life education group to different target audience and also launched “Love Food Bank” food support service to the needy family with the help from the church. We provided food, volunteer training and counseling service to the needy with limited resources, not only to release their stress of living, but also to enhance their positive thinking and confidence. Besides, we formed a team of women with the project of “Rainbow Network”, we went to Fujian for experiential of living and missions, we activated the inner power of love towards a more perfect life through serving others.

In conclusion, we should thank for the efforts of all our colleagues and the community supports, who had given us the opportunity of serving over 4,100 members and provided 93,600 times service. With the interaction among more than 510,000 person times among the service users, we gained valuable experience and encouragement. We wish all of our beneficiaries not only benefited from addressing their needs and physical and mental development, but also experiencing God' s blessing.

全城清潔運動Clean Hong Kong Campaign

With the invitation and funding from Home Affairs Department-North District Office, in April 2010 to June, we provided 1 to 2 times free home cleaning services and visits to more than 350 elders who lived alone or two elders lived together with more than 700 beneficiaries. We carried out household

於2010年4月至6月期間，為350多名居住於上水市及

鄉郊的獨居或兩老共住的長者，提供免費家居清潔服務

及探訪，服務次數多達700多人。計劃中，服務員在為

凡跌倒的、耶和華將他們扶持．凡被壓下的、將他們扶起。

長者進行家居清潔的同時，亦會關懷他們的生活情況，

尤其提醒他們注意家居衞生，講解一些簡易的家居衞生

注意事項。期望能推廣對抗人類豬流感大流行的訊息，

齊心建立清潔、健康、快樂的家居生活環境。

耆情樂聚坊Rural Elderly Network為提升居住在上水清河邨內長者的鄰里關係和社區

參與，恩霖社區服務中心得到「中銀香港暖心愛港計劃」

贊助，以有能力者照顧沒有能力者的方向開展了由2010

年9月開始，為期兩年的「耆情樂聚坊」計劃。透過培訓

區內婦女義工協助推行的「開心飯堂」服務及關懷長者

活動，提升了跨代的互動和生命交流。除讓長者們可以

突破與鄰舍及社區的隔膜外，也讓參與的婦女得到充權

和自信的提升，成功建立一跨代和跨階層的鄰里網絡及

和諧具抗逆力的生活環境。

To enhance the neighbourhood relationship among the elderly and community in Ching Ho Estate, Yan Lam Community Service Center launched “Happy Elderly Canteen” with the sponsor by BOC warm beloved Hong Kong Scheme. We trained a team of women volunteers who assisted the operation of elderly happy canteen and caring activities. We enhanced inter-generational interaction and

Bradbury Sheung Shui Family Center has provided service to 9 rural villages in Sheung Shui regularly for more than 15 years with the sponsorship from the Hong Kong Golf Club. There are more than 500 aged beneficiaries in Kwu Tung, Kam Tsin Village, Ho Sheung Heung, Tsiu Keng, Tong Kung Leng, Yin Kong

exchange of life. The elderly not only could break through the communication barrier with the neighborhood, but also empowered the women vo lunteer s and enhanced their sel f confidence. We bui l t a cross generational neighbourhood network and living environment of harmony and resilience successfully.

Village, Hang Tau Village, Ping Kong and Tsung Pak Long. We held Health check, talks and activities to relieve their dull life in rural area successfully. In 2010/2011, we held numbers of inter-generation program that activiated the urban and rural inter-generat ional communication and communion.

長者鄉郊網絡Happy Elderly Canteen白普理上水家庭中心推行「長者鄉郊網絡」至今已有

１５年，透過香港哥爾夫球會的贊助，每星期定時定點

地巡迴北區九條鄉村：古洞村、金錢村、河上鄉村、

蕉徑村、唐公嶺村、坑頭村、燕崗村、丙崗村、

松柏塱村。受惠長者多達500人，透過定期的健康檢查、

專題講座及小組活動，成功舒解一眾鄉郊長者沈悶的

心靈外，2010/2011 年我們更多次舉辦多元化長幼

活動，帶動了城、鄉的交流和跨代的共融。

After “Beautiful life project” in 2009/2010, Fanling Family Center launched -“Colorful Life Project” with the sponsor from Opportunities for the Elderly Project again this year, with more than 1,000 beneficiaries. We trained a group of women volunteers who designed nostalgic i tems to the elderly, such as cosmetics, toys and shopping experience, they

enhanced the mutual learning and exchanged among cross generation through Life story writing, home visits and other activities. We also provided the participating elderly problem-solving experience and developed their potential to learn new things through adventures activity and variety show.

活出姿彩人生計劃Colorful Life Project繼2009/2010 的「活出美麗人生計劃」後，粉嶺家庭中心

再獲社會福利署「老有所為計劃」資助，於2010/2011 年度

推行「活出姿彩人生計劃」，受惠人次達1,000人。

透過『超越時空』服務行動中，訓練20位家長義工為

長者設計一個懷緬過去生活物品(如美容品、玩具、

購物經驗等 ) 之活動，探訪院舍，讓長者回憶

及述說過去他們美麗的故事，亦肯定其生的

價值，並促進義工發揮所長去關心區內體弱

長者。同時，透過在『突破框框』歷奇活動、

郊外紮營、拾柴、生火煮食等活動中，讓 4 0 位

身體健壯的長者能接一些新挑戰、透過長者過往經驗，

提升其適應轉變的能力及接受新事物的態度。亦於

『展現美麗』綜合表演晚會中，透過區內義工幫助

訓練，能讓長者發揮歌唱、舞蹈、運動及樂器上之

才華。擴闊長者生活圈子、讓他們經歷區內人仕對他們

的關愛及達至老有所為的目標。

活動形式新穎富有創意，能讓長者發揮各人在生活及

藝術上之專長，並能勇於接受新事物、新挑戰；能與活動

義工合作配合，依時及十分滿意的完成各活動；活動

透過商場免費借出場地、區內津助及私人老人院舍

共同合作都能達至本年度『老有所為』－《老而彌堅培

後進，多元文化敬耆英》所訂的主題訊息。

由港鐵義工隊帶領大興白普理老人中心長者遊輕鐵車廠

及專車暢遊感受做車長的心情和經歷如何清洗輕鐵，

之後義工們陪伴長者到濕地公園遊玩，交流對大自然的

體驗。除促進一些少參與戶外活動長者對外界的接觸

外，也突顯義工對長者的關懷與愛護。

港鐵義工同心行Caring Program with MTR Volunteer

MTR Volunteers brought Tai Hing Bradbury Elderly Center ’s members to visit Light Rail depots and had a Light Rail travel to experience the l i fe of being driver and understood how to clean Light Rail. After that they accompanied the elderly to "The

Wetland Park" to play and experience the nature environment. In addition to promoting the elderly who are lack of participation with community, we also highlighted our care of community to them.

Community Care and Aging is the hit initiative by Government in recent years which encouraged long-term care for patients and frail elderly to stay in familiar community. Bradbury Sheung Shui Family Center provided day care service to them on a self-financed

長者怡康網絡Elderly health network「社區照顧」與「居家安老」是政府近年積極倡議的

政策，鼓勵有護理需要的長期病患人士及體弱長者留在

熟識的社區內生活。白普理上水家庭中心以自負盈虧的

方式，為支援體弱長者及有需要人士，由註冊護士、

專業社工及其專業人士策劃及督導，連同受訓的家居

服務員，提供日間暫託服務。服務融合了社康

活動、復康運動及營養午膳等元素，受惠人次463，有效

增加改善受惠長者的身心健康，更舒緩了照顧者身心

壓力。

音樂鬆一鬆:音樂治療小組Music Song a Song Music therapy group由蘋果日報慈善基金贊助，大興白普理老人中心於2010

年4月至6月展開的音樂治療小組，希望透過學習不同

的樂器使用，由專業的音樂治療師帶動參加的長者走出

情緒困局。長者除在過程中感受到音樂帶來的安舒外，

也能加強了個人的專注力、自信和自尊。除提高了他們

對音樂的興趣及治療效益外，長者更獲無線電視節目

訪問，讓他們獲得各方的肯定及認同，大都顯得非常

興奮。

白普理上水家庭中心在1991年3月於上水彩園邨設立，

由恩霖堂所承辦及管理，為香港宣教會首間以自負盈虧

方式運作的綜合家庭服務中心。中心初期以學童託管及

家長活動為主要服務，後於1994及1998年與兩隊由香港

政府津助的家務助理隊(後於2004年轉型綜合家居照顧

服務隊)整合，使中心服務更全面及更具規模。隨著社區

的轉變及服務的發展，中心於2007年9月，把已經成熟

發展的學校服務撥歸新成立的「香港宣教會學校服務隊」

營辦，為機構開拓了另一全新的自負盈虧服務單位，以

及後，因關心上水清河邨的服務需求，遂向會方及政府

申請開辦另一自負盈虧服務單位－香港宣教會恩霖

社區服務中心。隨著新中心於2008年7月在上水清河邨

投入服務後，中心便把原先的學童及家長服務團隊，

調往支援新中心的發展。

經歷了服務及架構重整後，白普理上水家庭中心亦因應

社區人口結構的變化，不斷加強開拓中年人士及長者的

服務，為建構一和諧及健康的社區而努力。

服務內容及提供方法Our Scope of Services

家居清潔：一般家居地方的清潔，如：清理天花板、地板、廳房、廚廁等地方。

個人護理：協助洗澡、洗頭、抹身、復康性運動等個人料理。

膳食服務：為弄膳有困難人士，提供膳食。

洗衣服務：服務受眾洗衣有困難或不便時，代安排清洗及處理其衣物。

購物及代辦服務：協助行動不便的服務受眾購買日常用品，代辦水、電費之繳交、取藥等事宜。

護送服務：護送服務受眾接受診治、散步或往接受社會服務。

照顧幼兒：家庭出現困難或變故時，代短時間幼兒照顧。

集體及特別活動：促進服務受眾繼續社區生活和參與活動如：社交小組、健康檢查、講座及

戶外活動等。

健康護理：由護士上門為「體弱個案」提供適切的護理服務。

復康服務：為「體弱個案」提供物理治療、職業治療之復康保健服務。

Background and DevelopmentEstablished in May 1993 in Wah Ming Estate, Fanling Family Centre is the third self-financed social service center of HKEC. We provide integrated after-school care and parent education services, community education activities, family-based activities and resources

粉嶺家庭中心在1993年5月於粉嶺華明邨設立，為本會

第三所社會服務中心。同樣以自負盈虧模式，為區內

家庭提供綜合性服務，包括學童託管及家庭教育服務、

社區教育活動、家庭活動及資源服務、義工發展及培育

服務、宗教輔導及生活教育。

不同的學校提供服務。隨著近年服務隊不斷的開拓，服務範圍已逐步由北區擴展至全港學校，而除了「校本課後學習

及支援計劃」、「成長的天空」、「全方位小學輔導服務」的服務外，近年服務隊亦開始嘗試跟學校協作更多不同

恩霖社區服務中心在2009年5月於上水清河邨設立，由

恩霖堂所承辦及管理。因關心上水清河邨 "一個新落成及

入伙的公共屋邨" 的服務需求，遂把原先在彩園邨「白普理

上水家庭中心」的兒童及家長服務團隊抽調出來成立此

is managed by HKEC Yan Lam Church. In response

to the services demand of the newly-developed public

housing estate, our Child and Parent Department of

Bradbury Sheung Shui Family Centre is separated


Background and Developmentand operated on self-financed basis in the new center.

“Friendly family” and “Harmonious community” are

the services direction of the center which is to serve the

local community via a one-stop resources, support and

developmental services.

「香港宣教會恩全鄰舍中心」於2009年12月正式在大埔

大元邨泰怡樓B座地下開展服務。為本會最新開辦的自負

盈虧社區服務中心，由恩全堂承辦及管理，希望能結合

教會及中心資源，促進大埔社區的鄰舍關係，建構和諧

及滿載基督福音的社區。

Yan Tsuen Neighborhood Center was set up at Tai Yuen

Estate, Tai Po in Dec, 2009. It is the newest self-financed

community service centre which is managed by HKEC

Yan Tsuen Church. Hopefully, we integrate the resources

of the church and Center to enhance the neighborhood

relationship, to build a harmony community with the

Gospel of Jesus Christ.



中心服務內容包括提供兒童服務、親職教育、品格

教育、和諧家庭、愛心糧倉支援服務、長者關懷、

社區義工及輔導服務等。中心以「睦鄰社區」及「全人

發展」為服務方向，為區內的居民、家長及中小學生

提供一站式的支援性和發展性服務。

We provide Children Service, parenting, character

education, harmony families, food bank service, elderly

caring, community volunteer and counseling service

etc. “Harmonious community” and “Holist ic

Development” are the direction of the center with

comprehensive supportive and developmental service.
