The table top of the new freistil 152 is made of curved sheet steel and shaped like a plectrum - that is, the pick a player uses to pluck the strings of his instrument. So this little plectrum table evokes memories of long evenings with the guitar round the camp fire. Of Tears in Heaven, Heart of Gold, Country Roads and other much loved iconic songs. There´s another thing: plecrum literally means “tool to strike with” - but in the case of freistil 152, we would strongly advies ageinst that. This little table is too much of table for such treatment.

The new freistil 130 has a box spring construction where the mattress virtually floats on an area of metal springs. When you lie on it, the pressure can be distributed in far smaller sections than is the case with a slatted frame.
