WHAT IS IT?

The Legal Advisory Board (LAB) is an exclusive group of attorneys (outside counsel)with expert ise in the accounts receivable industry who engage as ful l part ic ipantsin the CRC and Innovat ion Counci l .

The purpose of the LAB is to serve as a legal resource to the CRC & Innovat ionCouncil and to assist in fulf i l l ing the mission of promoting forward-thinkingapproaches to the issues raised by regulatory pol icy and technology innovat ion inthe accounts receivable industry .

Members must be l icensed, pract ic ing attorneys as outside counsel in goodstanding with the State Bar governing the law in the state where the attorney'spract ice is located.

Attorneys must be nominated for membership by at least 3 CRC members in goodstanding, with membership approved by the CRC's Regulatory Steering Committee.
